True creativity can only come when you are free of everything.&#8221;<br \/>\n<em>Jordi Savall<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For his projects, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marenostrum-film.ch\/en\/jordi-savall-katalonien\/\">Jordi Savall<\/a> delves tirelessly into the archives of different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the New World. In Western manuscripts and in the lively oral tradition of the Orient that survives to this day, he looks for common roots, and for that historical moment when \u2013 through music \u2013 different cultures are speaking the same language.<\/p>\n<p>For more than 40 years, has been drawing global attention to musical works that were in danger of disappearing. For Jordi Savall, music is one of the most universal means of expression and communication.
