Khubs Samik – large pitta bread
500g  flour, 1 tsp. salt, 30g yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together well and knead the dough until it is soft. Leave it to prove for one hour, then bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Share and enjoy it.
